WPTouch and WordFence

A combination of WPTouch, WordFence and WP_Cache plugins on your WordPress blog gets WordFence totally confused when you update WPTouch. A misleading error message is produced telling you that WPTouch is disabled but the instructions on what to do about it are completely misleading. For some reason you have to enable and then disable caching in WordFence to clear the message.
